Time 30-40 minutes Swedish Body Massage - Massage strokes designed to provoke a specific physiological effect on the body e.g. circulation, lymphatic drainage, reduction in muscular tension. Treatment time 1 hour. Reiki - Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that is also said to promote healing. 30-40 minutes. Thermo-Auricular Therapy - A Hopi ear candle is lit and placed gently over the entrance to the auditory canal. the whole process is relaxing and non-invasive. During the burning process the ear feels pleasantly warm. Clients find this treatment relaxing and head clearing. 30-40 minutes.
